MEDITATE FOR CHANGE
IMAGINE THIS:-
A magnificent gleaming golden chariot, studded with the most valuable of gems. The chariot is drawn by five thoroughbred horses, in high excitement, ears pricked, neighing, and snorting as their hooves flash through streams, race upwards through dark, mysterious mountain forests, and hurtling down to lush, green valleys, bathed in warm sunshine. The charioteer, hair flying is constantly fighting to maintain his/her grip on the reins to control the horses, avoiding boulders and holes, guiding them along the narrow path to allow the passenger a smooth peaceful ride.
NOW PICTURE THIS:-
The gleaming Chariot represents the Body, the Horses are the Five Senses, the Reins represent the Mind, the Charioteer is the Intelligence and the Passenger is the Soul/Spirit.

What is Meditation?
There are several types of Meditation; primarily you are taking control of your mind and not your mind controlling you. Your mind is a very powerful tool and by taking charge of your thoughts you can make powerful changes to your mental and physical well-being.
Is it difficult?
The simple answer is no but it take time and perseverance. Like anything that is new you will take time to master it. This is where my Guided Meditation and Relaxation Downloads will help you to learn how to take control of both your mind and body.
How can it help me?
If you practise for 20 to 30 minutes daily you can improve your concentration levels, reaction time and your memory. Studies by Harvard s Women's Health Watch in 2011 reported that a group who meditated for 30 minutes a day for 8 weeks had better awareness and were less judgemental. People who have suffered from anxiety and stress have reported much lower levels of both and improvements in their self esteem. Physical improvements can be seen in a reduction of headaches and high blood pressure. People who suffer from depression have notice an improvement to their mental health.
Above all it allows you to find some quiet time and peace for yourself in this ever changing world we live in today. All it takes is a small amount of time and a little practise.
